Represent the College of Mount St. Joseph to the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference and the NCAA. Served as President of the conference in 1999-2000. Have served as

National Parliamentarian for Division III of the NCAA from 2000 – present.

Advise College of Mount St. Joseph Athletic Director, Steve Radcliffe, and Athletic Committee about Title IX gender equity issues and eligibility of student athletes to participate in intercollegiate sports. Assist with interpretation of NCAA Manual. Drafted college catalog information concerning eligibility to participate in intercollegiate athletics and policy for compensation for summer sport camps.

Organize the bi-annual visits of the Hamilton County (District One), Ohio, Court of Appeals.

Developed course proposal for Management Issues & the Law (BUS 625), an elective for the Master of Organizational Leadership degree.

Act as secretary for Behavioral Sciences Department meetings.
