Steneosaurus

STEEN-ee-o-SORE-us – “Narrow reptile”

Steneosaurus dates from the Early Jurassic (180 million years ago) of southwestern Germany. The long, narrow snout (rostrum) and long, sharp teeth of this extinct crocodile indicate an ability to catch and hold slippery, struggling prey - most likely fish.
