School in Covington, KY (Role: I wrote the proposal, and am the primary investigator
of the project in charge of planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting
the project.)

Institute for Community Partnership for $3500; the grant provided monies to
institute a pregnancy mentoring program in the Avondale community.
(Role: I wrote the proposal, supervised a UC
master’s student and MSJ nursing students in developing a manual and training a
community mentor, and submitted the final report.)
1/96 Grant from the University of Cincinnati
Institute for Community Partnership for $2,840; the grant provided monies to
institute prenatal education sessions in the Avondale Community
(Role: I wrote the proposal, purchased teaching
aids with the grant money (tv/vcr, slide projector,
various portable flip charts, videos, etc. for the DON); supervised students
doing prenatal teaching in a high risk clinic in Avondale, and submitted the
final report.)
Multimedia Lab for the Health Science
Proposal. $250,000. Provided
documentation to the Board of Directors for utilization of funds allotted to
the Multimedia Lab.
(Role: I assisted in the development of the budget
and rationale for expenditure of the allotted funds to be used towards this
